STEPS TO REGISTER:
1. Email Deborah Cuccaro at cuccarod@penntrafford.org to let her know of your interest and to see if there is still space available.
2. She will then send you the registration and physical forms needed to register. (You can also download them from this site.)
3. Have the physical form filled out by your doctor and faxed, emailed or mailed to Deborah Cuccaro at the Penn-Trafford High School. Also, send a copy of your child's birth certificate, the completed registration form, health history form, and tuition.
