PSD Remote Learning Days
What is a Remote Learning Day?
A remote learning day is a day when Pennsbury schools and administration buildings close due to weather conditions or other factors, and student learning continues as a remote learning day in a synchronous environment, when possible. When a remote learning day is announced, all students, teachers and administrators will convert to a modified learning/work schedule.
Modified Schedule for all K-12 students
8:30AM - 12:30PM
(See specific scheduling details for each school level)
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Remote Learning Days will follow a modified schedule beginning at 8:30AM and ending at 12:30PM for all K-12 Students.
All students must have a device in order to access online content.
Google Meet links will be posted by Secondary teachers in Canvas, or Elementary teachers using Schoology.
Attendance will be taken as noted in the modified schedule.
Learning will be synchronous, unless otherwise communicated by the district. (This means learning will occur live — students will required to be in attendance between 8:30AM-12:30PM).
