-To schedule a meeting with one of our team members you can either submit a question or you can contact us by email to schedule a meeting.
First, click the bottom-right hand corner to open up the Chromebook's menu. Click on the notification that says "Click to Update". If this notification isn't there, click on the gear icon.
Next, click "About Chrome OS".
Finally, click on the "Check for Updates" button. This should make an update notification appear that you can click to update.
-If your computer is slow you can try to restart your computer, you can close some of your tabs, or you can disconnect then reconnect to your wifi.
Make sure that there are no unnecessary tabs open on the Chromebook.
Restart your internet router by unplugging the power cable of the router, waiting 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in. (Make sure no one else in your house needs the internet for around 5 minutes before doing this.)
Restart your Chromebook by turning it completely off, to do this hold the power button and select "Power Off".
-To submit Homework through Canvas you can take a genius scan of your HW then upload it or you can download the Canvas app and when you press submit it will give you a option to take a picture or chose a picture from your photos
-The first step is to make sure that you have selected the right input and output and you might want to set your main audio device as the default also be sure to check your headphones, earbuds, or speakers for any problems that might occur
-On your computer open up your presentation, click the slide where you want to add the video, click insert > video, select where you want to get your video from youtube, URL , or google drive, then choose a video and click select
-You can bring your Chromebook to either library where it will be exchanged for a working loaner. The librarians will notify you when your Chromebook is ready to be picked up.
-Email Mrs. Swope or Mr. Hermann, and they will guide you through the interview process.
First, open Chrome and click on the three dots in the upper right of the screen. Then, go down to "More Tools" and then click "Clear Browsing Data". This will bring up a menu with two boxes checked. Make sure only the "cached images and files" is selected. You can click OK and continue, and your cache will be cleared!
Two methods:
Download the file. Go to File > Download > .pdf. Upload to file upload in Canvas.
Share it with teacher via URL. Go to share and go to the bottom of the share menu and select "Share with Pennsbury School District". You can now copy the link to the file using the copy button and paste said link into Canvas URL submission. Note that you can also share the file with the teacher individually, but this can overload the teacher's inbox.
First, download the Google Drive app on your phone. Then, select the image you want to use in your photos app, and save it to your drive. Finally, in your document click Insert>Image>Drive, and select the image you want to insert.
You can change the default formatting of the pictures you take. First, go to your settings app. Look for "Camera" and tap it. Next click "Formats" and change it from "High Efficiency" to "Most Compatible". This will make it so that all the pictures you take after that will be saved as JPG's, and not as HEIC's
You can download a converter app, that will convert HEIC images to JPG images in the app.
You can email yourself the image you need to be converted, and the image will be converted from JPG to HEIC
