ITEM/TEXTBOOK DISTRIBUTION EVENT FOR

VIRTUAL STUDENTS ONLY

EVENT SCHEDULE: Update as of February 4th.

PHS will host the item/textbook distribution event for virtual students Thursday, February 4th from 1 - 6 pm. If not, the event will be held on Monday, February 8th from 1 - 6 pm.


Important Information:

  • This item/textbook distribution event is for virtual students only.

  • Pennsbury administration is asking all virtual students to make an effort to attend this event on this designated day.

  • All students signed up for hybrid instruction will receive their items/textbooks directly from their teachers when they are physically present in the building(s) on one of their designated hybrid days.

  • Any virtual student who did not attend the item/collection event the week of January 25th and is still in possession of any items/textbooks from the 1st semester should plan to return them on this day.

  1. This item distribution is for second semester courses only.

  2. Preferably, students should bring a paper copy of their schedule to the distribution event. Alternatively, students can take a picture of their schedule using their cell phone.

  3. Students will need to fill out and bring a physical copy of the PHS Item Distribution Form (fill out all information but book title, book number and student/designee signature).

  4. It is highly suggested to bring a backpack or similar carrying item to transport items.

  5. The teacher will communicate specific materials needed for second semester courses that are:

  • Not shown below.

  • Do not require physical pick up of materials.

SAFETY PROCEDURES

  • If you are feeling sick, have a cough, fever, etc. PLEASE STAY HOME. Fill out this form so we can schedule an alternate time with you.

  • ONE person (student or designee) per student schedule will be permitted to enter each building. As such, please wear a mask at all times.

  • Please speak to security or a PHS staff member at each entrance if you require special assistance or need to accompany your student inside each building.

  • Security or PHS administration will manage each building's occupancy at all times.

  • This is not a time to socialize. We need to prioritize the health and safety of all on campus and ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines.

TRAFFIC PATTERN

The item distribution pattern will be as follows:

Students scheduled with second semester courses on both campuses are asked to visit West Campus (destination 1) followed by East Campus (destination 2).

Students who are not scheduled to take second semester courses on West Campus can bypass West and access East Campus directly. See East Campus directions below.

Reminder: Please make sure you have your course schedule and a completed PHS West Campus Distribution Form before entering the building.

Vehicles will enter and park in Lot 1.

Exit your vehicle (one person - student or designee) and enter building via the student entrance.

You will be directed to a distribution station managed by Pennsbury employees.

Provide your course schedule and PHS West Campus Item Distribution form.

Staff will gather and provide you with the items you need according to your PHS West Campus Item Distribution form.

Once you have your items, exit via the student exit and enter your vehicle (if applicable).

Vehicles will exit Lot 1 via vehicle exit and access East Campus (if necessary) by way of the path.

You will be directed to a distribution station managed by Pennsbury employees.

Once you have your items, exit via the student exit and enter your vehicle (if applicable).

Vehicles will exit via vehicle exit and access East Campus (if necessary) by way of the path.

Vehicles will exit East Campus using the vehicle exit.
