Prom Group Leads responsibilities:

• Must be a Junior OR Senior 

• Be present at every meeting. This is your primary job/activity until May 31. 

  • Scheduled work is not a valid excuse to miss

• Co-leaders can’t be on the same sports team or activity(band)

• Active and frequent communication between between Prom Advisors and group 

• Research and create a list of items needed to be ordered for your group (i.e. lights, 3D props)

• Design and create 3D or props for your group

• Help motivate group members to stay accountable for work and timeline. Set a calendar. 

• Create a list of “to do” items for your group and keep everyone on the same page

• Be a leader with set up and clean up during Open Paint Nites. You are in charge of making sure your area is all clean and tidy.
