PSSA Preparation Grades 5-8
Science PSSA preparation happens in each school in accordance with the school environment and what is best for the schedule of the students as they prepare for a May exam. The curriculum is spiraled and students have a survey of Life, Physical, Earth, and Environmental ScienceFacts about taking PSSA Science:
-50% of the PSSA exam is the "NATURE OF SCIENCE" highlighting students ability to analyze data, and conduct scientific experiments
-50% is content knowledge of Life, Earth, Physical, Technology, and Engineering Concepts as a culmination of the K-4 , then 5th - 8th grade Science curriculum.
