How to Sign In

Students in grades K–2 sign in to their device using their Clever Badge. From the login screen, select Log in with Clever and hold the badge in front of the device's camera until it is recognized.  To sign in from a personal device, click here or look for the Clever Login for Students link on the District website under Families & Students.

Students in grades 3–12 should select the Google icon when starting their Pennsbury-issued device. When prompted, enter their Student ID number in the Enter your email field and select Next. Then enter their password to complete the sign-in process.

Using Multiple Accounts

A common login issue for elementary students occurs when multiple Google accounts are signed in on the same device or web browser. Some district resources, such as Schoology, require students to be signed in with their @pennsburysd.org account. If another account, such as a parent's @gmail.com account or another account, is currently signed in, the resource may not be able to verify the student's identity.

If you encounter an unexpected error when trying to access a page and get a message saying that the resource was "unable to authenticate" or that "access is restricted", please make sure to check to see if you have any other account logged into that device or browser. Many devices and browsers allow you to have multiple accounts at the same time, so you may be able to switch accounts instead of logging out completely.

In some cases, it may also be necessary to clear your browser's cache and cookies before signing in again. Instructions for clearing the cache and cookies in Google Chrome are provided below.
