What a day at the Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair! PHS students met with admissions representatives, asked great questions, and walked away with acceptances and scholarship offers. So proud of how they represented our school!
ROWAN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE TOUR
PHS students spent the day at Rowan University and had a fantastic experience! We had an amazing time touring the campus, connecting with staff and students, and learning about academic opportunities! It was an inspiring glimpse of future possibilities!

TAKE THE CTE FAIR
TO PHIFER!
Our Pennsauken High School CTE students visited Howard M. Phifer Middle School to give the middle school students there an inside look at the incredible Career & Technical Education programs waiting for them in high school! From Culinary Arts and Cosmetology to Automotive, Carpentry, and JROTC, students learned how CTE at PHS opens doors to real-world skills, certifications, and career pathways.

The Society of Hispanic Engineers at Rutgers-New Brunswick is hosting their Fall Shadow Program from November 13th-15th. This is a 3-day, 2-night program for sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in STEM and Engineering fields. This is a FREE program! Food and housing are absolutely free. Participating students, though, will be required to provide their own transportation to-and-from Rutgers-New Brunswick. The application deadline, if you would like to participate, is Sunday, October 26th.

On Saturday, November 1st, Rutgers-Camden is hosting their Fall 2025 Arts Day Open House.
This event will include activities and workshops led by professors, info sessions on careers in visual and performing arts, admissions and financial aid info, optional auditions and portfolio reviews, gallery and tours, and lunch. If you are interested in pursuing a career in the arts, this is a great opportunity! The link to register is below.
