Welcome to Mrs. Garcia's homepage for Middle School Mathematics 2025-2026. I am very excited to be the 7th grade homeroom teacher and a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math teacher this year. I am looking forward to working with all of the students this year.
This begins my 12th year as the Middle School Math teacher, and previous to this, I taught 4th grade here at Pennoyer School for 13 years. I truly enjoy being a part of the Pennoyer community. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's degree in Teaching Elementary School Mathematics and am currently working towards an Elementary Mathematics Specialist endorsement from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
