After meeting and getting bids from 3 other contractors, I chose Penney Construction to completely gut and renovate our basement. New ceilings, walls, flooring, insulation, recessed lighting, complete stairway, cabinet installs and building of a pub table. Ryan and his team were outstanding in every way. Great carpentry skills, good idea input in several areas, neat with cleanups and excellent communication. New basement exceeded expectations! Wish I had done this 5 years ago with him!

Wayne performed both the demo as well as the installation of the new cabinets including panels on the new appliance. Each evening he swept the floor and left the room clean.
