Surge 2022 is PenFed Realty's premier coaching and professional development program. The curriculum consists of various topics that share best practices in running a successful real estate business. Each month, agents who have committed to the program will be invited to a monthly accountability group meeting in their respective offices.

Think of this like the Opening Ceremony of the Olympics! This is your time to say YES, I commit to achieving my business goals in 2022 alongside your coach and accountability group.
