About

I am a Reding Interventionist at Burgaw Middle School.  This is my 25th year teaching and my fourth year with Pender County Schools.  I attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  I also received a master's degree from Pfeiffer University in Elementary Education.  I love teaching and watching children grow throughout the year.

When I am not teaching, I love to spend time at the beach, reading and spending time with my husband, Chad and two children, Gavin and Emerson.
