Topsail High School Electric Vehicle Program

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

With a heavy heart, yet a sense of pride and accomplishment, we announce the end of the Topsail High School Electric Vehicle Program. It was a great ride, but unfortunately the program was no longer sustainable.

Who are we?

We are the Topsail High School electric vehicle class. We have won first place in at least one event at the EV Challenge 12 years in a row. There are 8-11 of us on the EV team every year and we meet 1 hour before school begins. We are usually working on 3-4 projects at a time, so no one is ever without something to do.

What is it all about?

Topsail High School's electric vehicle class is all about discovering new things, learning team building skills,and learning how to communicate professionally. We also gain practical experience in problem solving through the various challenges presented by engineering an electric vehicle.
