Hi! I'm Kelly. It is so nice to meet you! This is my fIFTH year teaching in Pender County, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Topsail Middle School pirate family. I was born and raised in Somers, CT, but I've been living in Hampstead for the past 12 years. I graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT with a Bachelor of Science in 2008. I COMPLETED THE TeaCHER PREPARATION PROGRAM AT ECU in 2024 and I AM Dual Certified IN Exceptional Children, holding licensure in both Mild to Moderate Disabilities and Severe/Profound (Advanced) Disabilities. I have a fantastic husband and two amazing children. My oldest attends NC STATE 🐾 and my YOUNGEST ATTENDS Topsail High School 🏴☠️. When I'm not teaching, I love drinking coffee, swimming, scrapbooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I’m looking forward to an exciting year and I can’t wait to work with your family.
