There will be no written homework to turn in each day. However, the expectation is for your child to read at least 10 minutes each afternoon/evening. This is not bedtime reading as your child will be trying to wind down to go to sleep. Please set aside a time that you can follow along or listen in as your child reads. We will be sending home leveled readers and checking out library books soon as these are great for homework reading. However, books from home are also fine. A Reading Log will be going home in your child's yellow folder each month.
