Hello Pirates! I am Dr. Kellie Henry. This is my 28th year teaching and my 20th year in Pender County. I am so excited to teach English and Mythology this year. In addition to teaching at THS, I am an adjunct professor at the University of Mt. Olive. I also have a tutoring business that serves students k-12 in math and ELA instruction. I enjoy many hobbies, such as reading and painting. I am also an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan, so many evenings and weekends are spent watching baseball games on t.v. This past summer, I was able to watch the Cardinals play in 3 different cities. I also enjoy spending time with my family at the beach, playing games, and watching movies.

I can't wait to get to know each of you. We will have a fantastic year together!
