• Hot lunch is the first Wednesday of the month

• Please bring shoes to PE-kids will receive a 0 grade if they do not wear sneakers

• Kids need to bring their Bible to chapel

• Students need to wear their school uniforms Wednesdays (including shoes) and will not be able to change their clothing. 

My name is Jess Carlson, and I have been teaching at Pen Bay since 2021. I hold a bachelor’s degree in K–8 Education and a master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on Early Intervention.

Outside of school, I am a wife and mom of five. I am married to my husband, Rob, and I love spending time with my family. When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me enjoying a good cup of coffee, soaking up the sunshine, or making the most of a warm day. I feel incredibly grateful to be an educator and to have the opportunity to support and make a difference in the lives of my students and their families.
