Ingredients:
One package of oreos
8 oz of cream cheese
12 - 16 oz of chocolate (melting chocolate)
Instructions:
Take a handful of oreos, preferably 4-8 depending on the size of the food processor, and crush the oreos.
Once the oreos are all crushed, combine the oreos with the package of softened cream cheese. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Once the mixture is combined, scoop out small amounts and form into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and place the baking sheet in the fridge.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours until the balls are hardened.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until the chocolate is smooth and well melted.
Take the oreo balls out of the fridge and use a fork, or two, to dip the oreo balls into the melted chocolate. Try to do these very quickly so the chocolate stays melted and the balls stay cold.
Place the chocolate covered balls back on the baking sheet and place it back in the fridge. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is hardened. Serve and enjoy!
