Students learn the digital skills needed for success in their middle and high school classes. They will explore computer science and technology concepts, tools, and solutions that impact them as digital citizens.
Students learn how to construct, drive and program various robots throughout the year. They will develop their collaboration, problem-solving and project management skills. Students must successfully complete Intro to Engineering/DDP before taking this course.
Students learn how to create technical drawings both by hand and via a computer design software. They participate in basic engineering projects throughout the year to get used to problem-solving real-life engineering challenges in groups with their peers.
Students apply engineering principles at a more advanced level. They use problem-solving and collaboration skills to complete projects based on real-life engineering challenges. Students must successfully complete Intro to Engineering/DDP before taking this course.
