Elections: Call for Canidates

The Board of Directors has contracted a company called The Inspector of Elections (TIE) to oversee the Association's elections this year. We encourages owners (who have owned for at least one year and are in good standing) to submit their interest to serve on the board. Three (3) board positions need to be filled this September. Instructions and the candidate interest form will be mailed/emailed. If you have any questions, please contact our Community Portfolio Manager: Rodrigo Campos, rcampos@powerstonepm.com

Deadline to submit interest: July 6, 2026

Board Vacancy Filled

During the Board of Directors meeting on May 14, 2026, Gennaro Esposito was appointed by the board to fill the remainder of the term of the existing vacancy, which shall be until elections in 2026 (scheduled for September).
