Rates

Monthly: $975 plus electricity

Weekly: $425 (electricity included) 

Daily: $65 (electricity included). 

All sites are full hookup and include: water, sewage, cable and Wi-Fi Access. 30/50 amp hookups available at each site. 

Electricity is $0.14/kWh and is billed at the end of each month with a monthly stay. 

For monthly stays a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your site. At check in this deposit becomes your electrical deposit and will apply to your final month's electric bill.
