Thank you to our generous sponsors for supporting District Large Group Speech Contests!
Below, you will find pictures for each center. Please contact us if you have further questions.
All classrooms will be re-arranged to fit the center's needs. The pictures show the performance area.
We will not post a map of the interior of our school on the website, but you will receive a map when you arrive and we will have excellent signage.
Center 1: One Act Play (Auditorium)

Our stage is shaped as a modified thrust. The house curtain lines the edge of the stage when closed, and slowly opens and closes electronically.
See Parking and Directions for suggestions of where to load and unload set pieces or props.
The only double door access available to back stage is not easily accessible in the winter. Please contact the contest manager if you have set pieces that will not fit through a standard door.
Please remember that you are allowed to have a sound and lighting check during the set-up time for your performance.
Electrical power through extension cords will be available from the back of the stage and from the outlets in front of the stage.
We will have a student working in the booth throughout the day. Our student has been well-trained on our equipment and is expected to be the one who actually operates the light/sound board. Please be respectful of our student in the booth and listen to their instructions!
Please contact the contest managers if you have questions about the set up for One-Act.
For One-Act performances, lighting available will involve lights up/down.
To run music or sound effects from the booth, please bring something that an aux cable (headphone jack) can plug into. Bring your own adaptor to connect your device to the aux cable (see picture).
