The Welfare and Ethics Board (WEB) shall be an elected committee responsible for negotiating the collective bargaining agreement, as well as be responsible for monitoring and enforcing the agreement. The Welfare and Ethics Board shall meet monthly in closed-session to conduct business. Members of Welfare and Ethics shall also be appointed by the President to the collective bargaining agreement’s Communications Committee.
