Sector level benchmarking of data, processes and evidence
The Center for Higher Education Leadership (CHEL) and Online Peer Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as the Peer Review Portal) are partnering to establish a national strategic financial benchmarking review for higher education leaders across the United States (US).

We are seeking expressions of interest from US higher education institutions to participate in a national strategic benchmarking review. The benchmarking review will compare institutional outcomes data, processes and evidence to provide sector level reports for evidence-based decision making and reporting. All data is confidential and validated with each institution during the evidence-based review process.

CHEL was formed to provide a supportive online community for improving management and leadership skills in higher education in an environment faced with challenges in changing demographics, financial constraints and advances in educational technology.
The Peer Review Portal is a cloud-based review management system which supports higher education institutions to connect and advance their institutions with the ultimate goal in the improvement of student learning outcomes and skilled graduates. The Peer Review Portal works with individual institutions to establish a cost-effective review management system with no infrastructure costs or development costs. It supports a wide range of review types for course accreditation, assessment, professional accreditation, benchmarking, scholarship and student review. See paper below.
The Peer Review Portal also offers an online service in sector-wide benchmarking projects and sector-wide assessment projects. Our motto is provide a sector-wide service with an evidence-based approach to strategic decision making to inform funding proposals and institutional recommendations.
This national strategic benchmarking review is aimed at institutional decision-makers in higher education to support them in their long-term strategic planning and reporting requirements (such as Provosts, Deputy Vice-Chancellors and Chief Information Officers).

The Peer Review Portal is a cloud-based review management system set up to support higher education institutions in all types of review. There are no infrastructure costs or management fees. It works on a user-pays system and provides automatic reports for quality assurance and accreditation. There are over 185 HE institutions registered on the Peer Review Portal and over 1600 registered users.
