Operoo is the new platform to streamline our communication with you in regard to excursions, camps and your child’s medical management.
Operoo makes it very easy for you to respond to communications, complete consent and other forms, and upload documentation using your mobile phone, tablet or PC.
It will significantly reduce the repetitive task of providing information. For example, it will allow you to review your child’s emergency contact details and update medical information as required, with a yearly reminder to review this information.

Live chat with Operoo support tech is available 24x7, and launches from the button located in lower right corner of the Operoo website.

Once you have received the welcome email from Operoo containing your sign-in details, follow the steps below to complete the onboarding process.
Open the welcome email from Operoo that contains your sign-in details. (Check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received it)
Click the Sign In button to access the login page, or you can use this link - https://app.operoo.com/users/sign_in.
Enter your username and temporary password that was emailed to you.
To secure your account, set a new password and verify. Click Sign In.
To easily manage your Operoo account and receive notifications, we recommend downloading the Operoo Central app from the App Store on your mobile device.
Sign in with your Operoo username and password to register device.
Set a personal 4 digit code for quick sign in. Click SIGN IN.

On the Operoo Home screen, each child you have enrolled at the College will be listed under Student Records.
Under Requests you will find all outstanding eforms or actions waiting for your attention.
Click Verify Student Record to open and complete your child's medical record.
Repeat this step for each enrolled child.

If you indicated "Yes" that medication is required for a medical condition entered, the Multiple Medication Agreement Form will appear under Requests for you to complete.

A form will need to be completed for each enrolled child requiring medication.
TIP: You can click Save for later at the end of the form if you need more time to gather information. You can return at a later time to complete and submit response.
On the Operoo Home screen under Requests, click Respond button to open and complete the 'Additional Medication Consent Form'.
A form will need to be completed for each enrolled child.
On the Operoo Home screen under Requests, click Respond button to open and complete the 'Privacy of Student Health Information & Records Policy Agreement Form'.
A form will need to be completed for each enrolled child.
Once all steps are completed, you have finalised your Operoo onboarding requirements

The Operoo system assigns a unique username for each parent.
The Welcome email from Operoo will contain a record of your username. Try searching your inbox for an email with a subject line that has "New Account Creation for" or an email from "Operoo Administrator".
Alternatively, contact Pedare Operoo support staff via operoo@pedarecc.sa.edu.au for further assistance.
The Operoo system can email or send a mobile text message to you with a password reset link. Follow the steps outlined in this help article - How to reset your Password
Be sure to check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders if you don't find the email in your inbox.

Some Operoo electronic forms can be edited after a response has been submitted. Under the Responded section, select View Response for the relevant form, then scroll to the bottom of the form and select Change Response and resubmit form after making updates.
All available parent self-service electronic forms can be found by clicking on the Form Library menu located at the top of the page. We will be adding forms to this Library soon.
Complete the online form via your Operoo Account to notify the College of any changes to your personal contact information.
