Welcome to Consent2Go!
Consent2Go is Pedare's new platform that streamlines our processes for keeping your child’s health records accurate and providing consent for College events, excursions and camps, in a secure and timely manner.
Consent2Go allows you to review and update your child’s records and submit consent easily using a computer or mobile device.
Parents/Caregivers can generate an email with a personalised link to update their Contact Details and their childs Medical Record any time, using the following link: C2GO Student Profile Update Invitation
How do parents/carers get started?
Look for an email titled "Student Profile Update Invitation" from admin@mcbschools.com
Families with more than one child enrolled at the College will receive multiple emails and must complete the following process for each child.
If you have not received the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
Verify your identity
Click the personalised link in the email and follow the prompts to authenticate your identity, using the verification code sent to your registered mobile number. The link will take you directly to your child's Consent2Go student profile to begin the update.
Complete your child's profile
Complete all five sections as outlined below, to update your child's details, including parent information, care details, medical conditions and permissions. At the final step, review all information carefully and click 'Submit'
IMPORTANT: You will be required to complete initial registration via a web browser, on either a computer or mobile device.

STEP 1 - Parent Information
Parent/Guardian Details
Review and edit Parent/Guardian details as required, including phone number and home address.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Parent Information Sharing - Contact Information will not be shared with the other Parent/Guardian connected to your child.
Changes made to contact details will send an alert to the College Registrar to update our system.
Emergency Contact
The College Office will be set as the default Emergency Contact, as a minimum of one alternate must be entered.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Emergency Contact name and number, can be seen and edited by both Parent/Guardians.
STEP 2 - Care Details
Non-Medical Dietary Requirements:
If applicable, choose Yes and select the requirement from the drop-down list. A maximum of two can be entered.
Additional Medical Questions:
Complete the required Yes/No questions
Note: Specialist Ambulance Cover is for those families who have cover from the SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) itself.
STEP 3 - Medical Conditions
Medical / Mental Health Conditions
Choose the Add Condition button if your child has any medical conditions.
If you can not find the Medical Condition in the list or search, select OTHER.
You will be prompted to provide additional details relating to the specific condition.
Condition Management Documents - Upload any relevant Care Plans and/or Medication Authority documentation.
Repeat these steps to add all applicable conditions.
The Health Centre is available to assist with this process.
STEP 4 - Permissions
Photo Permissions
Respond Yes/No to Photo Consent.
Other information
Provide responses to permission for the College to administer over-the-counter medication.
STEP 5 - Review and Submit
Click on the radio button to agree that all contact details and health status are current.
Review summary and click Submit button.
Once all steps are completed, you have finalised your Consent2Go Student Profile Update requirements
Mobile App
IMPORTANT NOTE: All five Student Profile Update steps must be completed before parents can register for the mobile app.
WE RECOMMEND - Download the Consent2Go app on your Andriod or iOS mobile device for on-the-go access. Use the QR code to download from the Apple or Play Store.

Why haven't I received the Consent2Go welcome email?
Be sure to check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders if you don't find the email in your inbox. You can mark the email as ‘Not Junk’ or add admin@mcbschools.com to your Safe Senders list to prevent this from happening in the future.
I am part of a split family. Are details shared with both parents/carers?
Privacy is very important to us at Pedare, and no personal information will be released to any unauthorised person. Any details uploaded to Consent2Go will not be shared with the other parent or carer unless your approval is given. Please note: both parents/carers can see emergency contact details.
What if I change my email address?
You are able to change the email address via Consent2Go by using additional verification measures. You will be guided through this in the system.
I've recently moved to a new address. How do I notify the school?
By using the Consent2Go App, you can make changes to your contact information at your convenience, and the College records will be updated.
Change of address? New phone number? Your child's medical details changed?

I’m trying to update my child’s information, but I am unable to proceed to the next screen.
Look for any red icons with a cross displayed. These indicate required fields that must be completed before you can proceed.
