Geoff grew up in the Greenville, SC area. After graduating with a business degree from Johnson & Wales University, he married his high school sweetheart and they started a family. Geoff went on to home remodeling and rehabbing residential real estate to provide for his family. After a short time of realizing that so many homes were being foreclosed on, he decided to create a system to help those families make it out of the foreclosure process. From personal experience, he designed a business profile that connects the right professionals in real estate to the homeowners that need the help in a way that provides the fastest and best outcome for sellers. He next wrote a computer program that would identify the best possible outcome for a homeowner that "is in need of selling quickly due to financial hardship". From there, Geoff set out to find those families to help. As he connects with people, he sets the tone that he is dedicated to using his very own program to revive families of their financial health. My idea came about when I bought my first home in 2004. I bought a foreclosure from the bank and fixed it up. It was alot of fun! But, I couldn't help but wonder what happened to that family that made this home available. Their loss was my gain? But they had equity in their home, couldn't they have just used some of that to help themselves out? After some digging, I found out that they couldn't access their equity while in default on their mortgage. It crept up on them, they did not have a plan and money set aside. This happens every day! Families are put through the emotional and financial ringer because there is no one to help once they get into financial trouble. So, after talking with alot of other people and listening to their struggles surrounding this, I designed a plan to help. I learned each step of the way, made connections in needed areas, and formed Pecora, LLC.

Now we have partners to help along every step of the way. We take it seriously when we engage with our homeowners. My team of licensed professionals know and understand how difficult it is to experience foreclosure. We have real dedication to the homeowner.
