Every month, the Top 5 + 2 leaders of the Chain of Command select two cadets, usually an Officer and an Enlisted cadet, to be the Cadet of the Month. We give cadets who have not been recognized, but are constantly showing enthusiasm, dedication, respect and hard work this title. Below is a list of what is observed to be eligible.
WHAT IS OBSERVED IN A CADET?
Active participation within the program and the co-curricular teams
Displaying good manners and respect to everyone
Shown to be honest, even in stressful situations
Demonstrates responsibility, accountability to their actions, disciplined.
Seen lead any task/activity, demonstrate leadership
Shown a willingness to help everyone
Consistently a positive role model
Exhibits an optimistic and mature attitude

Litzy is our NCO of the month for stepping up as the flight chief of golf flight.

Officer of the Semester
Steven Hatchey is our officer of the semester he has gone above and beyond with doing personal work, preparing for inspection and boosting unit morale, we would be a very different organisation without him around.
Tyrell Singletary
NCO of the Semester
Tyrell is our NCO of the semester. Tyrell is an involved cadet who partakes in multiple events throughout the unit and stepping up, as a cadet who's extremely involved and puts excellent work effort in.
