Every month, the Top 5 + 2 leaders of the Chain of Command select two cadets, usually an Officer and an Enlisted cadet, to be the Cadet of the Month. We give cadets who have not been recognized, but are constantly showing enthusiasm, dedication, respect and hard work this title. Below is a list of what is observed to be eligible. 

WHAT IS OBSERVED IN A CADET?

• Active participation within the program and the co-curricular teams

• Displaying good manners and respect to everyone

• Shown to be honest, even in stressful situations

• Demonstrates responsibility, accountability to their actions, disciplined.

• Seen lead any task/activity, demonstrate leadership

• Shown a willingness to help everyone

• Consistently a positive role model

• Exhibits an optimistic and mature attitude
