Every month, the Top 5 + 2 leaders of the Chain of Command select two cadets, usually an Officer and an Enlisted cadet, to be the Cadet of the Month. We give cadets who have not been recognized, but are constantly showing enthusiasm, dedication, respect and hard work this title. Below is a list of what is observed to be eligible.

Demonstrates responsibility, accountability to their actions, disciplined.
Seen lead any task/activity, demonstrate leadership
Shown a willingness to help everyone
Consistently a positive role model
Exhibits an optimistic and mature attitude
Ricardo is our Officer of the month due to a myriad of reasons. Foremost being how active he is in all aspects of the unit. If there are members of JROTC somewhere you can find Ricardo not far away.
Nat is our NCO cadet of the month due to her willingness to always step up and help the other members of the unit and for exemplary work in public affairs.
