I graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Art and a minor in Multi-Media Studies in 2011. I am currently at Portland State University getting my Masters in Education. After over a decade of working as a professional artist and 5 years of volunteering at the Portland Art Museum, I now plan to teach art and critical thinking to middle and high school students.
I am from Bend, OR. My parents still live there and they now own two horses. This is Jazzy and me from this summer. I am new to horseback riding but it is always good to learn new skills!
For the past 15 years I have worked as a professional designer, fabricator, artist and teacher. Click the scene below for some recent theater design work.

I have an identical twin! She is a Marine Ecologist and researcher who just finished her PHD last spring. She lives on the California coast. This is us on our 31st Birthday.
