Stay on brand with your organization
Allows you to be distinguishable and easily recognizable through all the other posts and organizations
Create a posting/ printing/ content creation schedule/ timeline
This will keep you on track and allow you to stay consistent with getting marketing materials up and running
Use google calendar or a platform that your whole team has access to so they can provide feedback and make edits to timelines
