Banner tip: Start looking at RHACOMM screen first to see what the most recent comment was and what has happened with the student record. It’s a comprehensive way to read all of them and then will show you which aid year this relates to.
Get multiple exact emails from the same student? Maybe sent minutes/hours from each other? Answer the most recent one and send it and resolve that one and then resolve the older email(s).
Banweb Error Message After Receiving Award Offer
Typically the error message you are receiving is an indication that a student has not yet established what we refer to as their Odin account. This provides the student with their username and password credentials required to access the system. Please follow the instructions to claim your Odin account. You will then use your Odin credentials to access your PSU Banweb account where the financial aid requirements are provided.

Why do we need to use this screen?
This screen tells us specific dates that Aid is distributed to a student account.
If a student is registered half time then they will only get half of their financial aid.
