David has been a certified Orientation & Mobility Specialist for thirty-five years working in the PNW. Since joining the Lighthouse for the Blind in 1990 he has specialized in working with Deafblind community members and has worked with the Deafblind community to promote public access. The Lighthouse for the Blind provides a range of employment opportunities to blind, Deafblind and Blind individuals with multiple disabilities.

Rebecca has been a certified Orientation & Mobility Specialist for ten years. She has worked in several school districts in the Tacoma area. Currently, Rebecca is employed full-time with the Puyallup School District. She is also adjunct faculty with Portland State University, working as a university supervisor for the O&M Program, and teaches the Advanced Cane Class in the summer.
