Foreign Contracts and Gifts

Under section 117 of the Higher Education Act (20 U.S.C. §1011f), Portland State University is required to biannually report all gifts and contracts from or with a single foreign source with an aggregate value of $250,000 and above. These reports are lodged on behalf of Portland State University by the Director of Export Controls and Research Security. Questions regarding  Section 117 reporting should be directed to the Director of Export Controls and Research Security.
