There are two options Zoom sessions at the conference.
Requesting a NAECTE Zoom Meeting room for your session (there are a limited number, so request early)
or
If the host set-up a Zoom account, please use a University or Professionally Affiliated Zoom Account (instead of personal one).
If the Zoom account is provided by the host, they must open the Zoom Session 20 minutes prior to the start of the Session for presenters and 5 minutes prior for participants.
Zoom host must provide NAECTE
Zoom Link set up as a meeting following the set-up criteria on the Host page (not as a Zoom room)
Provide the link to NAECTE four weeks prior to the conference
Provide a cell contact number for all presenters, host, and NAECTE conference chair
Open the session for presenters 15 minutes prior to the presentation
