Commitments
5:30-8:00 pm classes weekly
Around six to seven hours a week for classwork and readings
Able to login 3-4 times a week to access course materials and complete assignments

The Preschool and Early Learning Division of Multnomah County is excited to offer 7 full-tuition Preschool for All Scholarships! Preschool for All gives 3- and 4-year-olds in Multnomah County access to free, culturally responsive, inclusive preschool experiences. These preschool experiences include skilled early learning professionals and Preschool for All is committed to supporting individuals in accessing education and training with a focus on Black, Indigenous, and Early Educators of Color.
To qualify, applicants:
must reside in Multnomah County,
cannot be Multnomah County employees,
and will commit to two years of work in early childhood education in Multnomah County after they complete their coursework.
