Being a full-time college student is exhausting, but add it work and time for family and friends, and it gets even more difficult to find the energy to do things that help us relax and recharge. In this video, I share the importance of scheduling self-care and how I go about scheduling it. I also share fun ways to incorporate self-care into your daily practice, and how self-care doesn't have to be fancy. In fact, you are probably already practicing it and you didn't even know it!
