Sometimes issues may arise with your internship and you need support. Luckily the DISC Team is here to help!! You do not need to feel alone if issues or challenges arise in or around your internship. CIMR is dedicated to providing Interns with a rewarding and positive internship experience. 

Examples of when assistance may be needed

• Not getting enough hours

• Getting too many hours 

• Difficult conversations 

• Navigating the professional space 

• Additional training needed 

• And more!

How to get assistance

DISC Interns will complete 300 hours in their internship. 

• This is approx. 10-12 hours a week with some flexibility for the 30 weeks of the academic year (10 weeks a term)

• Before each term, Interns should rediscuss their schedule to account for changes in class schedule, Internship hours will be logged on the CIMR Monthly Reporting Form 

The Monthly Reporting Form (MRF) is a Google Form used to report your internship hours to CIMR. They are due on the last day of the month. See the guide below for more info.
