Microsoft Office at PSU
PSU students, faculty, and staff can download the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) for FREE. After leaving PSU, students have a grace period of one year, and employees have a grace period of 24 hours, until their Microsoft account and the Microsoft Office suite is disabled.

Visit the Microsoft account portal and sign in using your @pdx.edu email.
On the Portland State University Single Sign-On page, enter your Odin username and password.
Select Install Office, then select Other install options from the menu.
Select Install Office.
Follow the on-screen directions to complete installation on your computer.
