In late 2021, the highway 413 plan was approved. Six kilometers of an important ecosystem, the wetland, will be destroyed. The eighty percent of destroyed wetlands in Ontario will increase! The worst part about this is that it will destroy a Conservation Reserve. It is home to most of the wetlands with lots of wildlife and plant life that could go extinct.
