How Forest of Reading works
How Forest of Reading works
Anyone can join at any time between January and end of March
no need to “sign up”, simply pick up a passport in the LLC
Work towards a reading goal as an individual or a group
Groups can be 2-30 people and share one passport
Teachers may choose to create a group with their whole class!
Readers can be part of more than one group, but they will read different books (i.e. can’t read one book and have passport signed for 2 separate groups)
Set a goal for the number of different books you and/or your group want to read
There are a total of 30 Forest of Reading books dying to be read!
Read books that interest you from ANY of the book series
Visit a “Teacher Reader” when you finish a book
Chat about your book and get Teacher Reader’s signature on passport
Submit your passport to Ms.Shisko in the LLC when you’ve reached your goal to receive your prize!
