The Ministry of Education announced the implementation of $4 million in funding to subsidize additional qualification (AQ) courses. Teachers who successfully complete or have completed the following AQ or additional basic qualification (ABQ) courses in math between September 1st, 2025 and August 31st, 2026, pending Ministry announcement, are eligible for this subsidy:

Subsidies for courses were available on a first-come, first-served basis until funds were fully allocated. The 2025-2026 subsidy funds for Special Education and Equitable and Inclusive Schools courses are allocated. Candidates interested in taking these courses can consider reaching out for subsidy to their federations, or can apply for NTIP pre-approval if in the NTIP program.
