The objective of this workshop is to cater to the Black youth experience and have students work in groups to create their own safe space within the community. This project encourages students to use their creativity skills to build a diorama of a safe space for young Black students. The challenge of this project is to also use electronic components to light up the space. Students will also learn key skills in entrepreneurship including budgeting and developing a business pitch. The group(s) with the best structure, strongest pitch and materials budget will win a prize!
