Introducing the Educators Rising Arkansas Ambassador Program!

Our Ambassadors are passionate future educators who are ready to represent Educators Rising across Arkansas, share their experiences, inspire others to explore the teaching profession, and help grow the next generation of educators.

Purpose:

To create a statewide network of student leaders who promote Educators Rising, support chapter growth, and strenghten communication between local chapters and the Arkansas state organization.

Program Goals:

Increase statewide membership
Improve communication between chapters and state officers
Develop future state officer candidates
Boost participation in state and national events

The application window has now closed, and we are no longer accepting applications. We’ve notified our new ambassadors! 😁 We'll be announcing who they are very soon.

Who: 8 Officers/Student Leaders

When: October 14, 2026

Where: AR Virtual Academy, Little Rock

Cost: $35 per person (includes lunch)

What to wear: A school shirt or Educators Rising shirt. Jeans are acceptable with no holes.

Student Spotlight

Kylie Turbeville, President of the University of Arkansas Educators Rising Chapter, placed 1st in the national Educators Rising Moment competition. To support future competitors, Kylie will be offering a competition readiness series focusing on selecting competitions, reading rubrics, and mastering interview and presentation skills. She will be reaching out to teacher leaders this October with additional details.
