If you want Act 48 hours for any of the sessions during the PA Mathematics Teaching Summit, please use the link below for each session you attend. The form will remain open until September 27th. You must complete the form for each session attended by September 27th for Act 48 credit. Your PPID # is required for Act 48 hours to be submitted. If you do not provide your PPID #, we cannot provide you Act 48 hours. Please allow 30 days for the hours to be credited.
