About the Director

Mrs. Emily Phillips is originally from Madison, TN.  When she was very little her family moved to Myrtle Beach, SC and then to Coleraine, Northern Ireland where she began school.  Eventually she moved back to Tennessee where she attended Davidson Academy and finally settled in Hendersonville, TN attending and graduating from Beech High School.

Mrs. Phillips and her husband, Rev. Robin Phillips, have been married since 1997; they have three children.  She and her family moved to Smithville, TN in 2005 where they serve as Ministers of Music at Smithville Church of God.  

Mrs. Phillips is a published songwriter and has had the opportunity to sing as a guest soloist and background vocalist on several published music projects.  She has also had the opportunity to sing on international live television several times.
