About me

My name is Lindsey Braisted, and I'm thrilled to be spending my days doing what I love! I believe that literacy is one of the most empowering skills we can have in life. I have a Master's in Literacy Education and a Bachelor's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, both from Tennessee Tech University. When I'm not teaching, I'm probably enjoying a walk with my husband and daughter, cooking, or reading a good book--all with a cup of coffee in hand, of course.
