F.A.D.E. (Facilitating Alternative Day Environments) Services supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the  following community settings:

• Academics

• Volunteering

• Health & Wellness

• Socialization

• Transportation

Staff mentor and provide options following a person-centered plan to promote community independence and self-advocacy in a safe and friendly environment.

Services are provided 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 30 Hours per Week.
