Reading, writing, speaking and listening are studied as methods of exploring and evaluating technological advances in trades and industry. Adapting communication for different audiences, evaluating industry-related literature and basic business writing are emphasized. This is a concurrent enrollment course through DMACC (COM 703). Students will receive DMACC credit, but it is important to note the college credit does not transfer to four-year colleges/universities. Class intended to help those entering trade professions through DMACC schooling.
