This form is only for Harvey students. If a parent needs to speak with a school counselor, they should call or send an email.  

Before completing this form, please read the information below:

• Harvey High School students should use this form to request a meeting with their school counselor.  This form is NOT for emergencies.  If you feel it is an emergency, ask your teacher to send you to the Guidance Office with a big red pass.

• Counseling requests will only be monitored during normal school hours.  If it is after hours, the weekend, or break, your request will not be seen until the next school day.  If you are having an emergency, please seek help by telling an adult or calling 911.
