Wall climbing robot is one of the most interesting robot because it can be used in several useful applications such as inspection of high building, wall and mirror cleaning, surveillance and military applications.
Propeller type wall climbing robot is designed in this research.
The robot can be used to clean the floor indoors as well as it is capable of cleaning glass walls of buildings outdoors.
The robot is capable of overcoming some major problems faced by the earlier developed cleaning robots.

Manufacturing and Testing of Bumper
Aluminum material is used for electric car bumper beam.
After optimization of bumper weight, stress generated on body and strength of material of different types of shape used are analyzed to increase the strength of bumper.
3 different shapes for bumper b-shape, c-shape and d-shape are used.
The static analysis of all 3 shapes is done using ANSYS software.
The total deformation and equivalent stress of optimized shape (c-shape) is 1.2 mm and 280.9 MPa respectively.
After finalizing the shape of electric car bumper, composite material jute was used as natural composite and glass fiber as synthetic fiber. 2 mm layer used for reinforced the bumper.

• Combining current material handling system with the modern-day AI/ML technology to reduce or eliminate human interference in hazardous environment
• To use image processing technique in the possible processes and integrate it with the material handling system
• Integrate the AI functionality in AGV framework so that it can work in crowded environment by finding its own path.
A pallet tilting machine mechanism, one of its own kind system, was proposed to reduce the rejection rate for a connecting rod manufacturer.
The criteria for rejection of the connecting rod was that after the forging process the rods used to fall freely into the bin.
As one rod fell over other there were indentation marks and undesirable notches developed at the rod end and surfaces which led to difficulties in holding the job in the chuck for machining.
